Its the season of delicious oranges and the lemons are just right for making pickles. Come learn how to use these in making a sweet dish and a variety of pickles like your grandmother/mother used to make.
Awadhi sweet orange rice with rabbri, a tangy and a sweet lemon pickle, sweet and sour chinese orange (narangi) pickle. Mrs.Nirupama Khunnah, is coming from Kanpur to share her traditional recipes with you and take you through a demo of the methods involved, which are simple and easy to follow. Sample them at lunch after the demo and also take back bottles of ready pickles to share with your family.
