Come plant interesting winter greens like Celery, Broccoli, Iceburg Lettuce, along with various herbs. After the planting, we will cook an innovative lunch featuring the same vegetables, in a Waldorf Salad, Broccoli in Bechamel Sauce along with an Iceburg Lentil Salad.
Hands on class with all supplies included.
