1. What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. Do bring your appetite as you will be eating what is cooked in class.
2. Do I need to take notes?
By all means if you find it helpful. Sttudio 292 will provide recipes for all dishes cooked. Printed information for all talks and workshops will be provided.
3. Can I choose what to learn?
You can choose from the various classes listed. If you have any personal preferences, for a group of minimum 12 people, we can structure the course to your liking.
4. How do I book and learn?
Look up the course option on the website and choose one you think suits you best. Once you’ve chosen the course, send an email or call us or register online. Please wait for a confirmation email.
5. What if I can’t make it to a course I’ve booked?
We are unable to offer a refund once you’ve booked on a course. Credit will be issued to attend another class within three months.
6. What is the dress code?
Your safety is important to us. Our approach to hands-on cooking classes, as well as some demonstration-style classes, will have you slicing, dicing, and sautéing your way through all of our recipes. Therefore comfortable clothes and closed-toed, flat shoes should be worn.
7. What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed on Sttudio 292’s premises, including the terrace area.
8. Cellular Phones?
Cellular Phones must either be turned “off” or placed on their “silent” mode at all times during class.
