Chocolate Milk Stirs

 

Ingredients ~

250 gms milk chocolate
Ice cream sticks
Ice cube tray

 

Method ~

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 ½ minutes, turning the chocolate over in between.
  2. When melted, stir it vigorously to remove all lumps.
  3. With a spoon gently pour into the ice cube tray holes.
  4. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes or till semi set.
  5. Carefully insert the ice cream sticks in the middle and set in the fridge again.
  6. Once fully set, maximum 7-10 minutes, remove from the tray.
  7. In a cup of hot milk, stir in the chocolate holding the ice cream stick to flavour the milk.

 

Tip ~ The number of Milk Stirs will depend on the size of your ice cube cavities in the tray.
